MANAGEMENT

Richard Murphy, President, Chief Executive Officer and Director, is a professional geologist who has been active in mineral exploration for over eleven years. Mr. Murphy has a strong background in corporate development including the identification, acquisition and exploration of strategic mineral assets.

Guy Mahaffy, Chief Financial Officer, is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder. He has held executive-level positions in the resource, commercial real estate, and investment banking industries. Mr. Mahaffy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master of Accounting degree.

Danniel Oosterman, Vice-president, Exploration, is a geologist with 10 years of experience in mineral exploration. Among other responsibilities, Mr. Oosterman has managed the Company’s exploration activities at Lynn Lake since the property was acquired in 2005. Mr. Oosterman joined Independent Nickel in 2005, prior to which, he was engaged in nickel exploration for both junior and major mining companies.

DIRECTORS

Wayne Whymark, Director, is an entrepreneur with over 25 years experience in exploration both in Canada and abroad. He has served as a director and senior officer positions with a number of public mining companies.

René R. Galipeau, C.G.A, Director
A seasoned mining executive with 34 years of experience René Galipeau has been a Director of Victory Nickel since 1993. Mr. Galipeau has held senior positions with a number of gold and base metals mining companies in Canada and the U.S., including Breakwater Resources Ltd., Rio Algom Mines Ltd., Hudson Bay Mining and Smelting Co. Ltd., and Black Hawk Mining Inc. in addition to his duties with Victory Nickel, Mr. Galipeau is also Vice-Chairman, CEO and a Director of Nuinsco Resources Limited and a Director of Wallbridge Mining Company Limited, Campbell Resources Inc. and Gold Hawk Resources Inc.

Cynthia Thomas, MBA, Director
Ms. Thomas is a Chicago, IL and Paris, France based financial advisor with over 20 years of international mining and project finance experience. Previously Ms. Thomas was Director, Mining Group, Investment Banking, ScotiaMcLeod Inc.

George F. Archibald, M.Sc., P. Geo., Director
George Archibald has more than 40 years experience, and served as Vice-President, Exploration of Nuinsco Resources Limited between 1970 to 2004. Previously, he was a member of a Falconbridge exploration team responsible for three mine discoveries in the 1960s, and has added another four discoveries with Nuinsco, including the Lac Rocher deposit in Quebec.

W. Warren Holmes, B.Sc., P.Eng., MBA, Director
Warren Holmes is a mining engineer who formerly worked for 38 years with Noranda and Falconbridge, most recently as Senior Vice-President, Canadian Mining Operations. He serves on the Boards of a number of public and private corporations, including Wallbridge Mining Company Limited, Nuinsco Resources Limited., Atlanta Gold Inc., Foraco International SA, and Campbell Resources Inc.
